The maintenance of NAICG impulse current generator
NAICG impulse current generator control system uses a programmable controller technology, most of the control functions are software programming, and thus less maintenance adjustment, but the following issues still need to be concerned about the user in use:
1, if the system is not use for a long time , is better requires regular electricity, in order to ensure the device is working properly and longer using time.
2, the control operator between the cabinet and PLC control unit using optical fiber connection, so make sure before operation PLC control box is powered. Otherwise, the display will appear communication error message.
3, please pay attention to protecting optical fiber, to avoid crush, or bend.
4, the charging voltage is measured with a high impedance voltage divider to adjust the charging control circuit board (NAICG-CHARGE-B) on the adjustable potentiometer R2 can change the divider ratio. Adjustments should add a high-precision DC measurement equipment for accurate voltage values while adjusting R2 to make the system displays the measured values consistent with the external device measurement.
